ABOUT US

We are a group of Indonesian student volunteers that have dedicated our free time running this non-profit organization with a simple goal of representing all Indonesian students currently, going to, or have studied in Australia.

PPIA is an abbreviation of Perhimpunan Pelajar Indonesia Australia which directly translates to Association of Indonesian Students in Australia. PPIA Swinburne itself is a branch of that association who has embodied Indonesian students in Swinburne University of Technology.

To create an inclusive community within our university, where they can build lasting friendships and support each other throughout their academic journey.
To offer career-focused events, which provides the resources for our members in developing professional networks for a successful transition from academia to the workforce
To engage in the promotion of the Indonesian Cultures within Australia, fostering cultural understanding and appreciation through the involvement of Indonesian Cultures in the activities.
